With over three decades of experience in the construction industry, Jack possesses a wealth of knowledge that spans the civil works and civil construction industry. Today, he continues to play a pivotal role in guiding Richmond across all facets of the business. This includes the Richmond’s ongoing expansion within the industry and investment in the future of the company.
Emmanuel Mouhalos

Emmanuel’s journey with Richmond began at an early age and since then he has accumulated a wealth of experience across various aspects of the civil works and civil construction industry. With his exceptional organisational and leadership skills, and keen attention to detail, Emmanuel oversees all operations at Richmond. His role is to ensure that our job sites run seamlessly, safely and to our client’s satisfaction.
In addition, Emmanuel plays an integral role in the management of the company with Jack and his team.

And because our project managers are also our estimators, you only have to deal with one person for smoother continuity.
Denai Mouhalos
Contracts Administrator and Compliance
With experience in project management and site coordination, Denai has introduced skills and experience acquired at the workplace to Richmond. Denai holds a Degree in a Bachelor of Construction Management and in the past has operated within companies that have high standards for quality, safety, and the environment. Denai’s sequence of qualifications, licences and site experience provides her with a strong understanding of site operations, contracts administration and compliance to standards.
Denai plays a pivotal role for ensuring that Richmond balances onsite and client expectations are procured within legal, regulatory and ISO requirements.
